Fees & Payment
Payments: I accept personal checks made out to Kind Heart Counseling, credit/debit cards including HSA/FSA account cards, or exact cash. Clients can make individual or set up automatic online credit card payments within the secure client portal via Stripe. Follow the link below to access the client portal.

Insurance: I accept insurance plans with Premera, Regence BCBS, First Choice Health Network, Aetna, and LifeWise. Please confirm with your insurance provider that I am in network prior to intake.
Out of Network (OON): If I am not in your insurance network and your plan includes Out Of Network benefits, then it is still possible to use your insurance coverage. You would be responsible for the full session fee and I provide Superbills that you submit to insurance for reimbursement directly to you.

Private Pay: Clients can choose not to use insurance and instead pay for sessions directly. Limited sliding-scale fee rates are sometimes available for those who cannot access insurance or afford the standard fee rate, please inquire for further information. **Current sliding scale spots are full**
