Update to COVID-19 office policies as of March 10, 2022.
UPDATED POLICIES:

Masks are required to be worn during the entirety of in-office sessions, per guidelines for healthcare facilities.
Precautions you are asked to take:

Regardless of vaccination status, masks are required to be worn in the office at all times. This includes clients and any accompanying family members.

Limit those who attend session with you to only the necessary family members

Come into the building close to your appointment time to minimize time spent in the waiting area

If you or your child are feeling unwell, please contact me ahead of time to reschedule your appointment; if possible, we may be able to schedule a telehealth appointment

Wash or sanitize your hands prior to or immediately upon arrival

Remind your child about precautions such as social distancing, proper mask-wearing, and thorough hand-washing
Precautions I am taking:

Sanitizing the office space and toys/materials in between each session

Washing my hands thoroughly and frequently

Limiting toys and items in the office

Social distancing while in the waiting area and during session

I will not schedule an in-person appointment if I am feeling unwell

Offering telehealth sessions when appropriate

Kind Heart Counseling continues to offer both telehealth and in-office sessions with precautions guided by the CDC and Washington state recommendations for pandemic safety.
